Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise companies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's from Tier-1 institutes only (IIT, IISc, IIIT-H, BITS Pilani, top NITs).
  • Strong technical background (computer science/engineering preferred).
  • 2+ years building AI/ML or generative AI products.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, ML, and data science teams.
  • Strong product ownership across the roadmap, PRDs, customer discovery, and product metrics.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with AI infrastructure, MLOps, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and SQL.
  • Built enterprise AI features used by customers at scale.
  • Startup or 01 product experience.
  • Preferred Background: AI-native startups or B2B SaaS companies building enterprise AI products.

  • B2C-only Product Managers.
  • Program/project managers without end-to-end product ownership.
  • Non-technical product managers with limited engineering collaboration.
  • Candidates without AI/ML or generative AI product experience.
  • Candidates from non-Tier-1 colleges.
