Responsibilities:\n\nProcess Consultation and Solution Design:\n\n- Lead discovery workshops to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-driven ServiceNow designs and user stories.\n\n- Recommend best practices and industry standards to optimize workflows and automation.\n\nPlatform Development and Configuration:\n\n- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, HAM and GRC.\n\n- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.\n\n- Develop custom applications and enhancements using ServiceNow Studio and scoped applications.\n\nIntegration and Automation:\n\n- Architect and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.\n\n- Automate complex business processes leveraging orchestration and event-driven architecture.\n\n- Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across enterprise systems.\n\nTesting, Deployment and Quality Assurance:\n\n- Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\n- Build automated test frameworks and regression testing strategies using ATF (Automated Test Framework).\n\n- Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, REST/SOAP integrations, and UI technologies (UI Builder, Service Portal).\n\n- Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server, ATF, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Knowledge of CMDB design, CSDM framework, and performance analytics.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.\n\n- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\n- Strong communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n-
