\n\nThe Senior Workday Integration Developer designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports scalable integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, identity/provisioning, data warehouse, and third-party SaaS ecosystems.\n\nThe role requires strong hands-on Workday integration tooling, modern API patterns, secure production operations, documentation discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nRole Description : \n\n- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, RaaS, custom reports, calculated fields, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and scripting where applicable.\n\n- Create technical design specifications, data mappings, transformation logic, test plans, release notes, deployment checklists, monitoring procedures, and production support documentation.\n\n- Build and maintain integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Absence/Time, identity/provisioning, data warehouse, and vendor ecosystems, including PECI/PICOF and benefits feeds.\n\n- Apply secure integration controls including ISU/ISSG, domain security, SFTP/HTTPS, PGP/encryption, certificates, OAuth/API clients, logging, alerts, reconciliation, and exception handling.\n\n- Support Workday semiannual release impact analysis, regression testing, incident triage, root-cause analysis, integration monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.\n\nBehaviors and Competencies : \n\n- Critical Thinking : Analyzes integration requirements, data flows, dependencies, and production issues logically before proposing solutions.\n\n- Communication : Explains complex integration patterns, failure points, and risks clearly to HRIS, Payroll, IT, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Follow-Up and Ownership : Tracks open build, testing, deployment, and production-support items without repeated reminders.\n\n- Problem-Solving : Performs root-cause analysis and resolves complex file, API, transformation, security, and vendor connectivity issues.\n\n- Organization and Documentation : Maintains clear design documents, mapping sheets, runbooks, test evidence, release notes, and operational knowledge articles.\n\n- Detail-Oriented Execution : Identifies data mapping, transformation, security, and configuration inconsistencies before they reach Production.\n\nSkill Level Requirements : \n\n- Ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and support Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud
