# Corporate Strategy Associate

We are hiring a Corporate Strategy Associate to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and other corporate development initiatives. This is a highly external-facing role. You will help identify, develop, and maintain relationships with investors, strategic partners, technology companies, infrastructure providers, utilities, and other organizations relevant to LōD's growth. You will be involved throughout the relationship lifecycle, from research and outreach to meeting preparation, follow-up, diligence, negotiation support, and helping turn conversations into investments, partnerships, pilots, and commercial opportunities. The right person is analytical, highly organized, commercially minded, and exceptionally strong at building and maintaining professional relationships.
