The successful candidate will help develop new cross-platform mobile applications and maintain and enhance existing applications.\nWe are looking for someone with a solid foundation in Flutter and Dart, practical API integration skills, attention to UI detail, and a willingness to learn modern mobile development practices while working on real-world projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.\nImplement accurate, responsive mobile interfaces based on UI designs and specifications.\nTranslate design references into reusable Flutter widgets and maintainable application components.\nIntegrate REST APIs and handle JSON data, authentication flows, loading states, errors, and application responses.\nImplement appropriate state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar approaches.\nWork with local storage and implement data persistence where required.\nAssist with offline data handling and synchronization.\nImplement mobile features such as push notifications and device integrations when required.\nDebug application issues and contribute to improving performance, stability, and usability.\nUse Git for version control and collaborate with other developers.\nTest application features across relevant devices and screen sizes.\nAssist with application builds, deployment, and release preparation.\nCollaborate with backend developers, designers, QA team members, and other stakeholders.\nManage priorities effectively and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.\n\nJob SpecificationRequired Qualifications and Skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: 1–2 years preferred; candidates with strong\nproject experience are encouraged to apply\n\nGood understanding of Dart programming fundamentals.\nPractical experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.\nUnderstanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and responsive mobile UI development.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.\nFamiliarity with state management concepts and at least one approach, such as Provider, Riverpod or Bloc.\nUnderstanding of local storage and basic mobile application architecture.\nFamiliarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.\nAbility to debug application issues and write maintainable code.\nAttention to detail when implementing UI designs, including spacing, typography, colors, alignment, and responsiveness.\nGood problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.\nAdditional Skills That Will Be an Advantage\nFamiliarity with Figma for inspecting designs and translating them into mobile interfaces.\nBasic knowledge of backend development and client-server architecture.\nExperience implementing offline-first features and data synchronization.\nKnowledge of push notifications, device APIs, and platform-specific functionality.\nExperience with automated testing and mobile performance optimization.\nExperience building release-ready Android or iOS applications and deploying mobile apps.\nFamiliarity with application signing, APK generation, and release workflows.\nWhat We Expect\nA commitment to building reliable, responsive, and user-friendly mobile applications.\nAttention to UI quality and consistency.\nWillingness to learn new tools, accept feedback, and improve technical skills.\nAccountability for assigned tasks and delivery timelines.\nAbility to work under deadlines while maintaining application quality.\nSelection Process\nCV and portfolio screening.\nTechnical interview and discussion of previous projects.\nPaid practical take-home coding assessment.(Only selected application and design)-One implementation will go for the final HR round.\nCandidates will be asked to submit their assessment through a Git repository with a deployed or installable demo, as specified in the assessment instructions.
