Senior Full - Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building products from first principles. You'll work directly with the founders and a small engineering team, owning features from idea to production. We deploy continuously, move quickly, and expect engineers to have significant ownership over architecture, product decisions, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the Lodg platform.
• Own projects end-to-end, from technical design to production deployment.
• Build scalable backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.
• Develop modern React applications that customers love using.
• Help shape our AI platform, including agent orchestration, voice, chat, and workflow automation.
• Improve system architecture, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and raise the engineering bar.
• Work closely with founders, product, and design to solve real customer problems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years building production software.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and ideally Go.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and making sound architectural decisions.
• Comfortable owning products end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong product mindset: you care about solving customer problems, not just writing code.
• Excellent written communication and experience working in remote teams.
• Experience with AWS, Vercel, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
• Experience building AI products, LLM applications, voice agents, or agentic workflows is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering quality.
• Able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific time zone.
