• Deliver exceptional, personalized support to our German-speaking hosts via email, chat, and phone.

• Guide customers through software features and help them seamlessly connect their properties to major OTAs like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical inquiries, system logs, and setup configurations with confidence.

• De-escalate challenging situations empathetically, transforming complex issues into positive customer experiences.

• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to report product feedback and improve our platform functionality.

• Maintain precise documentation and share insights that elevate our customer support knowledge base.

• Native or professional fluency in written and spoken German (C1/C2 level), along with strong professional English skills.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly advice.
