You'll shape the strategy, build and grow the team, help define a new business model, and help shape how our whole Product org works with AI, with a community of hosts building on what you create. Relocation is a plus, but not a requirement. We’re also open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.\n⭐ How will you make an impact?\nDecide what we open up to AI agents first, what stays in the Lodgify app, and how it fits the host journey.\n\nSpend time with hosts and host builders, and let what you learn shape the roadmap.\n\nDefine our first agent-powered use cases and their quality bar, working closely with engineering and design.\n\nBuild a marketplace where hosts create, share and use skills, with the trust and governance to match.\n\nShape how we price and package this, together with Product Marketing.\n\nLead, hire and grow a team of product managers, developing them as both strong PMs and confident AI builders.\n\nHelp shape how Product works with AI across Lodgify: how we prototype, how we run evals, and how product and AI engineering work together.\n\n⭐ What makes you a great fit?\nProven experience taking an AI product from 0 to 100, ideally built on MCP or similar agent tool connectivity.\n\nHands-on experience writing evals and building skills that power agents, and measuring quality over time.\n\nExperience coaching PMs into AI product work, whether they're just starting out or already building with AI.\n\nExperience building a platform, API or ecosystem that others build on.\n\nExperience managing and growing product managers, including helping them build AI skills.\n\nA track record of setting up new ways of working that teams beyond your own adopted.\n\n⭐ What does success looks like?\nIn 3 months: a clear strategy agreed across Product, your team set up, and our first use case chosen and rolled out.\n\nIn 6 months: our first use case in beta, Lodgify skills live across the host journey, a pilot with our first host builders, and a clear way for product and AI engineering to work together.\n\nIn 12 months: a growing share of hosts using Lodgify through agents, an open marketplace, a business model in market, and AI practices from your team adopted across
