About the role:

Our Recruiting team is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator. The RC will serve as a business partner to their recruiters, interviewers, and hiring manager counterparts, providing excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process.

What you'll do:

As a primary point of contact for candidates, this role is responsible for scheduling interviews, ensuring seamless execution on interview days, and highlighting the benefits of working at Fetch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage scheduling interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams.
• Work closely with recruiters to manage the candidate process, providing excellent interview experience.
• Advise Recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling, notifying Recruiters of any delays in the scheduling process.
• Leverage our automated scheduling system to ensure speed and efficiency in scheduling.
• Provide white-glove service by guiding candidates through the interview process.
• Serve as a Fetch Brand Ambassador, demonstrating knowledge about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, pay schedule, etc.)
• Ensure we are operationalizing our ATS (Gem) in conjunction with the rest of the team.
• Responding to candidates in a professional, timely manner, being mindful of content and grammar in messaging.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Prior experience as a TA Coordinator, People Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar scheduling/task management experience.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for candidate experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Can work both independently and within a team.
• Self-starter and able to identify blockers before they become problems. You want to build out processes that make our machine run faster.
• Multi-tasking guru. You’re able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency.
• Able to operate with discretion and you can handle confidential and highly sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google equivalents (including Gmail).
• Gem ATS experience preferred.
• Modern Loop experience preferred.

Compensation:
