This position will be responsible for following the directions of the Journeyman Electrician to complete electrical maintenance and repair work. \nEssential Job Responsibilities \n\nObserve, learn, and understand a wide range of skills and processes under the instruction of a skilled electrician. \nLearn and understand the importance of safety within the workspace and across projects \nLearn about the various tools and materials required for electricians to complete tasks and projects. \nMaintain good housekeeping and organization in the work area. \n\nSkills\n\nStrong understanding of the importance of quality work \nDetail-oriented with strong communication skills \nAbility to communicate effectively with others to promote efficiency \nQualifications\nRequired:\n\nHave between 2-4 years (4000-7500 of documented OJT hours) of electrical work experience \nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
