Through their relationship with us and the One Loenbro model, our customers are able to simplify, control, and succeed in the everyday. \nJob Summary\nLoenbro is currently looking for an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join the team. As an Electrical Assistant Project Manager, you will be an essential part of our project management team, supporting the successful execution of the projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project’s overall success.\nEssential Responsibilities: \nClose support for the senior project management team.\nDevelop project management techniques to ensure schedule requirements are met.\nInitiate and track change orders using a log. Act as a liaison between the field management team and owner in all scope changes.\nProvide close support and oversite of third-tier subcontractors.\nAssist in creating and enforcing the project budget.\nAssist in creating and submitting the Schedule of Values (SOV).\nOversee Project Engineers in the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.\nOversee the project-closeout process to ensure all documentation is submitted to the owner.\nClose support of the Quality Control team throughout electrical construction and commissioning.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications: \n3+ years of project management experience in the electrical construction industry. Mission critical data center construction experience is highly preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in construction management or other related field (preferred).\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Accubid, and Bluebeam).\nKnowledge of CAD/BIM software.\nKnowledge of electrical systems and industry standards is advantageous.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCommitment to safety and quality.
