This position works closely with engineering, field, and modeling teams to help maintain organized, accurate, and coordinated model environments while learning industry best practices and company standards.\nThe BIM Coordinator assists with managing project BIM processes from design through construction, helping ensure models are accurate and aligned with project requirements. This role supports the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model development, clash detection efforts, and project coordination activities. The BIM Coordinator contributes to maintaining company standards, templates, workflows, and best practices while supporting the timely delivery of project information and continuous improvement initiatives within the BIM department.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\n\nAssist with coordination meetings involving multiple trades, including mechanical, plumbing, telecom, structural, and architectural teams.\nSupport QA/QC reviews, clash detection processes, and issue tracking activities.\nAssist in reviewing model constructability and coordination based on project drawings and system layouts.\nHelp ensure project models are updated and synchronized across project teams.\nSupport project managers and BIM leads with constructability reviews and field coordination efforts.\nCollaborate with fabrication and field teams to help maintain model accuracy throughout construction.\nAssist with documenting coordination activities and tracking project BIM requirements.\nLearn and apply company BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.\nMinimum Qualifications\n0-3 years of experience in BIM coordination, drafting, modeling, construction technology, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of construction drawings, building systems, and trade coordination principles.\nExperience with or exposure to Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360, and AutoCAD.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.\nAssociate's degree, technical training, or equivalent experience in construction technology, drafting, engineering technology, or a related field preferred.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nWork Environment:\nIndoor office setting with controlled temperature.\nOutdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.\nPotential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.\nTravel requirements: up to 10% of time.\nThis role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.\nBenefits\nLoenbro offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and holidays\nLife and disability insurance\nEmployee and dependent education benefits through Loenbro University partnerships\nProfessional development and certification support\nBenefits eligibility may vary based on employment classification and hours worked.\nGuided by Core Values (LEAD), grounded in grit and a commitment to excellence, Loenbro betters our families, customers, andlocal communities.
