This role partners closely with engineering, field and modeling teams to help maintain healthy, organized, and coordinated model environments throughout the project life cycle.\nThey manage a project's digital Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes from design through construction, ensuring models are accurate and company standards are being upheld. Key responsibilities include ensuring the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is being properly implemented, coordinating model development, conducting clash detection to resolve design conflicts, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, maintain company standards, templates, workflows and best practices. Ensuring the timely delivery of project information to clients and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BIM department.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\n\nLead coordination meetings with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, telecom, structural, architectural).\nPerforms QA/QC reviews, clash detection and manages issue logs to resolution.\nManages internal coordination and overall system constructability per single/one-line diagrams\nEnsure models are updated and synchronized across the project team.\nSupport project managers with constructability reviews and field coordination.\nCollaborate with fabrication and field teams to ensure model accuracy reflects installation.\nAct as the primary liaison between BIM team and project site leadership.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5-7 years’ experience in electrical BIM coordination.\nDeep knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.\nExpertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD MEP.\nStrong communication and leadership skills.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nWork Environment:\nIndoor office setting with controlled temperature.\nOutdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.\nPotential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.\nTravel requirements: up to 10% of time.\nThis role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.\nBenefits\nLoenbro offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and holidays\nLife and disability insurance\nEmployee and dependent education benefits through Loenbro University partnerships\nProfessional development and certification support\nBenefits eligibility may vary based on employment classification and hours worked.\nGuided by Core Values (LEAD), grounded in grit and a commitment to excellence, Loenbro betters our families, customers, andlocal communities.
