This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world construction operations, providing opportunities to learn how projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Interns may be assigned to different end markets, services, and geographic locations based on business needs and individual interests. \nEssential Job Responsibilities \nAssist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents with day-to-day project activities \nSupport document control efforts, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications \nAssistwith project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting \nParticipate in quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and budget support activities \nCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers \nAttend project meetings, site walks, and safety briefings \nHelp maintainproject documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements \nSupport quality control and safety initiatives on the jobsite \nPerform additionalduties as assigned to support successful project delivery \nMinimum Qualifications \nRequired: \nStrong interest in construction and project delivery \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment \nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills \nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with construction software is a plus \nWillingness to travel or relocate temporarily based on project needs \nPreferred: \nCurrently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field \nFamiliarity with construction software \nExperience in construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive, multi-site organizations \nPhysical Demands and Work Environment \nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
