You’ll communicate professionally with English and Spanish applicants and successfully recruit construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets into our fast-paced, ambiguous environment organization.\nYou'll drive Loenbro's employer branding, client satisfaction, and candidate experience initiatives.\nEssential Job Responsibilities \n\nPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.\nRecruit high-volume craft and technical talent.\nLead efforts to source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.\nPrimary focus on recruiting within the electrical/mechanical construction and industrial fields.\nContribute to enhancing Loenbro’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.\nUtilize all available resources to attract, engage, and expand talent pipelines for current and future needs.\nManage applicant workflows effectively within our applicant tracking system (ATS).\nMeet and/or exceed Talent Acquisition deadlines and key performance indicators (KPI’s) as designated for role.\nSupport multiple regions as needed.\nSkills\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nProficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nQualifications\nRequired:\n\n3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment.\nBilingual in English and Spanish.\nPreferred:\n\nBachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.\nConstruction industry recruitment.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
