We are looking for experienced people who can operate track hoe, skid steer, telehandler for a variety of construction projects. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment, preparing job sites, performing basic maintenance on machinery, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nPerform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.\nPerform light maintenance on equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.\nAdhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.\nSubmit daily reports detailing equipment status, work progress, and any issues encountered.\nOperate a diverse range of heavy equipment to support project needs and ensure efficient completion of tasks.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nRequired:\nPEC certificate holders are preferred.\nHighschool Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of operating heavy equipment experience required.\nBasic mechanical knowledge and skills.\nPreferred:\nCandidates who have experience with operating an Excavator.\nMust be able to clearly explain steps and provide clear directions.\nMust be able to complete and complete the paperwork required for purchase orders, time sheets, etc. and answer questions about the construction processes for field staff and other subcontractors.\nMust be willing to embrace the company’s core values.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
