This position supports project and field management, and will help to organize the team to work to the highest potential.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nAssist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management and necessary daily and weekly reporting.\nList items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work.\nAssist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention.\nTracking compliance documents.\nReviews and submits all JSAs and Shift Logs.\nOther tasks or projects as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nRequired:\n1-3 years of Project Coordinator experience, or equivalent education.\nKnowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.\nAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nPossess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nHigh-level of motivation to exceed goals.\n\nPreferred:\nAbility to read blueprints and drawings.\nCollege Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
