This role provides hands-on exposure to construction and corporate finance, offering opportunities to develop practical financial, analytical, and business skills while working alongside experienced finance professionals. \nEssential Job Responsibilities \nAssist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly close activities \nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes at the project and corporate level \nHelp analyze project costs, revenue, and financial performance metrics \nAssist with data collection, validation, and reconciliation across financial systems \nSupport accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities as needed \nPrepare summaries and presentations for finance and leadership teams \nAssist with financial modeling, trend analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis \nMaintain organized financial documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality \nMinimum Qualifications \nRequired: \nCurrently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field \nStrong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems or Power BI is a plus \nAbility to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders \nStrong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills \nHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive financial data \nPhysical Demands and Work Environment \nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
