You will play an essential role in helping employees access the development opportunities they need to grow and succeed.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLearning Program Coordination / Learning Management System (LMS) Administration / Learning Records & Compliance Management / Reporting & Analytics / Learner & Stakeholder Support / Operational & Administrative Support\nCoordinate instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs across the organization.\nAdminister and support the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, enrollments, and learner records.\nTrack training completions, certifications, and compliance requirements.\nPartner with Learning Technology & Analytics Specialists to generate reports and provide learning data to support business and leadership needs.\nServe as primary point of contact for learner support and training inquiries.\nManage training communications, schedules, and program logistics, including partnering with the Project Manager, Special Initiatives to coordinate mobile training centers logistics.\nSupport onboarding, leadership development, workforce development, and other enterprise learning initiatives.\nPartner with L&D team members to continuously improve learning operations and the employee learning experience.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\n2 + years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, human resources, or a related field.\nExperience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).\nStrong organizational, collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Articulate and collaboration tools.\nExperience with learning, training, compliance, and/or workforce development programs is preferred.\nPreferred\nExperience with Docebo or other enterprise learning management systems.\nExperience supporting training, workforce development, or learning initiatives.\nFamiliarity with reporting, dashboards, and learning analytics.\nExperience supporting compliance or certification tracking processes.\nABOUT LOENBRO\nLoenbro is a large multi-craft industrial contractor operating across 15+ states, providing construction, maintenance, and fabrication services to clients in the energy, mining, and industrial sectors.
