This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports the overall financial health of projects.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nManage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.\nMaintain contract values and revenue tracking.\nSupport forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.\nAssist with project audits and compliance reviews.\nHelp identify risk through the projects\nCoordinate project closeout activities and documentation.\nSupport project leadership with reporting and project controls processes.\nAssist the Area and Project Managers\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and controls\nMinimum Qualifications\n2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.\nExcel and reporting capabilities.
