Join a team where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work helps maintain and enhance the critical infrastructure that powers communities across the nation.\nJob Summary \n\nAs a Project Executive within our Process Piping team, you're responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects, specifically overseeing our process piping scopes of work performed to American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) code (primarily B31.3 Process Piping). You'll oversee all phases of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, subcontractor management, client relations, ASME code compliance and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) coordination, and project closeout activities. You're accountable for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with ASME code requirements, quality standards, and contractual requirements.\nYou'll lead by example through strong leadership, effective communication, financial management, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. You'll serve as the primary liaison between field operations, company leadership, and customers, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. You'll lead the scope of a 100+ MW large data center project with billings of $100+ million and a team of 150-200+ personnel on-site at any given time.\nWe are open to having someone based in any of the locations listed with the ability to travel as designated our job description: \nLubbock, TX\nOdessa, TX\nOklahoma City, OK\nLas Vegas, NV\nNorth Dakota\nRole and Responsibilities\nOversee large scale process piping construction projects from set up to close out, related to industries including power generation, industrial/process facilities, refining/chemical, mining, and semiconductor / mission critical, ensuring work is executed in accordance with applicable ASME piping codes.\nResponsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.\nEnsure project execution complies with ASME B31.3 (Process Piping) and any other applicable ASME code requirements, from fabrication through field installation.\nCoordinate with QA/QC and third-party inspection on welding procedure specification/procedure qualification record (WPS/PQR), welder certification, non-destructive examination (NDE), post weld heat treatment (PWHT), hydrostatic testing, and Positive Material Identification (PMI) for pressure piping systems.\nReview piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), piping isometrics, and piping material specifications with the project team to support constructability, procurement, and fabrication/field installation sequencing.\nSupervises the daily work of employees.\nVerifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.\nResponsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.\nCoordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.\nAssures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.\nAbility to travel for site work up to 50%-75% of the time.\nOther responsibilities and duties as assigned.\nSkills \nWorking knowledge of ASME B31.3 (Process Piping) and ASME Section IX (Welding and Brazing Qualifications).\nThe ability to coordinate QA/QC and inspection activities for pressure piping, including WPS/PQR, welder qualification, NDE, and hydrostatic testing.\nThe ability to coordinate pipe fabrication/spool shop activities in support of field installation.\nThe ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping isometrics, and piping specifications.\nProficient with Heavy Construction Systems Specialists (HCSS) Heavy Job or similar job costing program.\nProficient with Primavera 6 (P6) or similar scheduling software.\nProficient with Viewpoint or similar account software.\nProficient with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.\nProficient with all Microsoft Office products.\nQualifications\nRequired: \n10+ years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.\n7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field, with direct experience managing process piping scopes.\nPreferred: \nBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Construction Management.\nAmerican Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or similar welding inspection credential.\nCompletion of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent safety training.\nDriver’s license with a clean driving record.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
