Join a team where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work helps maintain and enhance the critical infrastructure that powers communities across the nation.\nJob Summary \n Lead project controls and delivers Scaffold, Insulation, and Paint (SIP) scopes on multiple types of commercial and industrial projects. Manage $10M+ in scaffold, insulation, and paint work, enforce productivity tracking and phased execution, and ensure quality, safety, and cost performance through close coordination with field teams and stakeholders.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nOwn baseline management, updates, and recovery planning; manage project phasing and handover milestones.\nTrack scope, change orders, and cost performance for scaffold and insulation packages; maintain accurate forecasts and variance reporting.\nImplement and maintain productivity measurement systems; analyze labor and crew productivity, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.\nCoordinate daily with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to sequence work, resolve conflicts, and maintain flow across phases.\nEnsure workmanship meets specifications and safety standards; participate in inspections, punch lists, and corrective action follow ups.\nProduce weekly executive dashboards, look ahead schedules, earned value reports, and risk registers; present status to project leadership.\nSupport manpower planning and subcontractor management to align crews with phased work and productivity targets.\nCapture lessons learned, propose process improvements, and support training initiatives to raise field performance.\nOther duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.\nMinimum Qualifications\nRequired\nAssociate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.\nMinimum 7 years of SIP (Scaffolding, Insulation, and Painting) experience with at least 3 years in project controls or scheduling on large commercial or industrial projects. Demonstrated experience managing scaffold, insulation, and paint scopes.\nExcel skills; familiarity with project controls tools and reporting.\nNACE Level 1 Certification. Valid driver’s license.\nTWIC\nWorking knowledge of scaffold systems, insulation materials and installation methods, paint systems and construction sequencing.\nStrong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proven ability to lead cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.\nAbility to travel to project sites as needed.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
