Through their relationship with us and the One Loenbro model, our customers are able to simplify, control, and succeed in the everyday. \nJob Summary \nAs a Project Manager (PM) at Loenbro, you will be an essential part of our project team leading the delivery of next generation hyperscale and AI data center campuses supporting cloud, AI, and high-performance computing workloads. This role provides full lifecycle ownership of mission-critical infrastructure projects from site development through commissioning and turnover along with successful execution of several projects. You’ll work closely with the Project Executive, Field Leadership, and customers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project’s overall success. \nKey Responsibilities \nProject Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. \nTeam Management: Build and lead project teams, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are met. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. \nResource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements. Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. \nProject Execution and Monitoring: Supervise all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and take proactive measures to address any issues or deviations. Regularly communicate project status to clients and stakeholders. \nChange Management: Handle project changes and scope adjustments efficiently, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs. Document and communication changes to all relevant parties. \nQuality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and safety. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and regulations. \nDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management and clients. \nProject Closure: Conduct project reviews to evaluate performance against project objectives and client expectations. Ensure all project deliverables are completed, and necessary documentation is provided to clients. Prepare and submit final project reports and invoices. \nSkills \nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. \nProficiency in project management software and tools. \nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication. \nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. \nCommitment to safety and quality standards. \nQualifications \n5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Electrical Data Center construction industry required. \nApplicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field are encouraged to apply. \nApplicants with a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E or OSHA Certification are encouraged to apply. \nApplicants with prior experience utilizing PM software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6 are encouraged to apply. \nPhysical Demands and Work Environment \nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
