This role oversees all phases of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, subcontractor management, client relations, and project closeout activities. The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements.\nSuccess in this role is demonstrated through strong leadership, effective communication, financial management, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between field operations, company leadership, and customers, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nOversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to the data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas construction industries. \nResponsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.\nSupervises the daily work of employees.\nVerifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.\nResponsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.\nCoordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.\nAssures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\nEngineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience managing industrial or commerical construction projects.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.\nExperience with P6 or similar scheduling software.\nExperience with Viewpoint or similar account software.\nExperience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.\nProficient with all Microsoft Office products.\nCompletion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.\nAbility to travel.\nDriver’s license with a clean driving record.\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
