service standards.\n\nAccurately record guest orders and enter them into the POS system.\n\nPrepare and serve food and beverage items, following recipes, presentation standards, and timing guidelines.\n\nPresent accurate guest checks, process payments, and handle cash, charge cards, and room charges.\n\nComplete end-of-shift revenue reports and cash deposits in accordance with hotel cashiering policies.\n\nMaintain accountability for assigned bank, cash deposits, and all cash-handling procedures.\n\nEnsure all service areas are fully stocked, organized, and properly maintained throughout the shift.\n\nInspect service ware and equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use.\n\nSuggestively sell menu items to enhance the guest experience.\n\nMonitor guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.\n\nClear soiled items from service areas and assist with running food or beverages as needed.\n\nAssist with preparation of food or beverage items as required.\n\nMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service, storage, and public areas.\n\nAssist with the presentation, stocking, and sale of retail products.\n\nRotate perishable items according to food safety practices and maintain accuracy in retail inventory.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nPromote and maintain teamwork at all times.\n\nNotify leadership promptly of any issues, concerns, or unusual occurrences.\n\nFollow all Loews safety regulations, sanitation standards, and emergency procedures.\n\nMaintain grooming, uniform, and presentation standards.\n\nKeep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and in excellent condition.\n\nRecycle when possible and follow sustainability guidelines.\n\nRemain up to date with hotel information, promotions, and operational changes.\n\nRegular attendance in conformance with standards.\n\nMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.\n\nRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nYour Qualifications Include:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\n\nCash-handling
