From replenishing beverages and ingredients to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you’ll help create a seamless and enjoyable experience. with bartenders, servers, and bar managers to ensure smooth operations.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently during busy shifts.\n\nStrong reliability and punctuality to ensure You Will Do:\nReplenish and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift.\n\nAssist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts or events.\n\nPrepare garnishes such as lemon, lime, and orange wedges, as well as other drink essentials like cherries and olives.\n\nMaintain cleanliness of the bar area by washing and drying glassware, wiping down bar surfaces, and removing trash regularly.\n\nKeep the bar organized, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and supplies are easily accessible to bartenders.\n\nClear dirty glasses and empty drinkware from guest tables and bar counters.\n\nMonitor bar stock levels and alert bartenders or management when supplies are running low.\n\nProvide polite and friendly service to customers, such as assisting with basic requests or answering questions.\n\nEnsure that customers’ needs are met by keeping bartenders supported and the bar running efficiently.\n\nWork closely with bartenders, servers, and bar managers to ensure the smooth flow of service during busy periods.\n\nSupport bartenders by helping prepare and run drink orders during peak hours, ensuring a timely delivery of beverages.\n\nFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for beverage handling and bar cleanliness.\n\nEnsure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations, such as checking that all drink orders are handled responsibly.\n\nRegular attendance in conformance with standards.\n\nMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.\n\nRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nYour Qualifications Include:\nPrevious experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred.\n\nAbility to lift/pull/push 75 plus pounds.\n\nThis position requires continual bending, lifting, carrying and stooping.\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.\n\nCapability to perform duties in an outdoor environment, adapting to various weather conditions.\n\nMust be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and
