You’ll serve as the connection point between departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.\nWho You Are:\nHighly organized and efficient, with a sharp attention to detail\n\nService-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems\n\nAble to work both independently and within teams, effectively managing multiple priorities\n\nExcellent communicator, skilled at collaborating across departments\n\nStays calm under pressure, with strong decision-making abilities\n\nVeterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nOversee daily room assignments for all guest arrivals, VIPs, special requests, and returning guests\n\nCoordinate closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness\n\nPre-block VIP and special request rooms using arrival reports and group information\n\nReview and resolve duplicate reservations, no-shows, and due-outs daily\n\nMonitor and update Out-of-Order and Out-of-Service room statuses\n\nTrack and process amenity requests (rollaways, microwaves, cribs, etc.) and ensure accurate billing\n\nMonitor all master accounts for proper check-in, check-out, and extension as required\n\nEnsure all room changes are processed and communicated accurately to the appropriate departments\n\nAssist Front Desk during high-traffic periods and provide guest service support as needed\n\nPrepare and distribute daily reports including occupancy, arrivals, departures, and group status\n\nForecast room availability up to three days in advance and help manage overbooking risk\n\nCommunicate all guest preferences, special services, and group requirements clearly to operations teams\n\nAssist with remote or group check-ins, rooming lists, and special block arrangements\n\nMaintain a clean and organized back office and ensure readiness of supplies\n\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs\n\nEmbrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals\n\nOther Responsibilities:\nRegular attendance in conformance with standards\n\nMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs\n\nRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nRegularly lift up to 40 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk\n\nStand for extended periods during shifts\n\nYour Qualifications Include:\nMinimum of 1 year of front office or reservations experience in a hotel environment\n\nFamiliarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar)\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to multitask and manage time-sensitive responsibilities\n\nFlexible availability, including weekends and
