If you love owning the \"big picture\" of how power, payloads, and harnessing come together on a spacecraft - and you're not afraid to dig into board-level details when needed - we want you on our team. This is a chance to be the electrical backbone of entire missions, from payload integration through power allocation to CD&H.\nAbout this role:\nAs a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer, you'll take ownership of mission-level electrical systems work across one or more active programs. You'll:\nOwn electrical systems scope for assigned missions - integrating payloads, designing wiring harnesses, and ensuring power is properly allocated and distributed across the vehicle.\nRead and interpret ICDs (interface control documents) to guide harness design and system integration decisions.\nSupport CD&H(command and data handling) architecture and requirements for your assigned missions.\nInterpret EMI/EMCtest plans and help ensure systems meet electrical compatibility requirements.\nDevelop system component requirements and interconnect diagrams that tie hardware together at the mission level.\nPartner closely with board design engineers and program teams, flexing into detailed board design work when your skill set and bandwidth allow.\nAct as a key electrical point of contact for a mission - similar to the role our electrical systems engineers play across current programs, coordinating closely with hardware, mechanical, and systems teams.\nThis role is ideal for someone who wants breadth - comfortable owning system-level electrical scope end-to-end, with the flexibility to jump into board design work as needed.\nMust Haves:\nStrong experience in electrical systems engineering - including harness design, electrical schematics, and power allocation/distribution.\nAbility to interpret ICDs and translate them into harness and interconnect designs.\nExperience developing system component requirements and interconnect diagrams.\nAbility to interpret EMI/EMCtest plans.\nSenior-level experience, with comfort acting as the primary electrical owner for a mission or program.\nComfortable flexing into some board design work as needed.\nNice to Haves:\nSoftware/scripting capability - comfortable running scripts or debugging code, and managing outside suppliers delivering hardware with embedded software.\nFamiliarity with CD&H(command and data handling) systems\nPrior experience supporting multiple missions or programs simultaneously.\nSome of Our Awesome Benefits:\n100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance option for employees and dependents\nFlexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings (HSA) Accounts offered with an employer contribution to the HSA\n100% employer paid Life, AD&D, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability insurance\nFlexible Time Off policy for vacation and sick leave, and 12 paid holidays\n401(k) plan and equity options\nDaily catered lunches and snacks in office\nInternational exposure to our team in France\nFully paid parental leave;
