These ranges represent the good-faith minimum and maximum annual base salary that the organization reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.\nUnited States: USD $95,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.\nUnited Kingdom: GBP £70,000 - £100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.\nSlovenia: EUR €40,000 - €65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.\n\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking an AI Solutions Implementation Specialist to report directly to the AI Strategy Leader and help bring our AI strategy to life through hands-on building. This is a builder-oriented role: you will design and stand up functional prototypes and MVPs using internal, low-code AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) and partner closely with engineers to turn validated ideas into scalable, production-ready features.\nThis role will contribute to both internal AI adoption. Including building and rolling out AI-driven tools and workflows that boost productivity, and external AI enablement, translating product and business requirements into working prototypes that inform what we build into our SaaS products, in close partnership with product management and engineering.\nThe AI Solutions Implementation Specialist will be part of a small team coordinating across key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, enterprise architecture, finance & legal, and go-to-market and customer success operations, ensuring that the tools and prototypes you build deliver measurable value while maintaining consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment.\nThe base salary ranges for this position vary by hiring location and are listed below. These ranges represent the good-faith minimum and maximum annual base salary that the organization reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and iteratively improve functional prototypes and MVPs for AI use cases using internal, low-code/no-code AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar).\nTranslate business and stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can build from.\nPartner with engineers throughout the development handoff, from prototype to production, to ensure validated ideas scale into reliable, supportable features.\nEvaluate, select, and roll out AI-driven productivity tools, running pilots and tracking adoption and measurable impact.\nSupport go-to-market and customer success teams by building lightweight AI-assisted workflows (e.g., sales enablement aids, support automation) using internal AI tooling.\nApply a working understanding of AI data security, privacy, and governance principles when building tools, partnering with the CISO and AI Innovation Committee on anything requiring deeper security review.\nWork with enterprise architects to ensure the tools and models you build on are consistent with approved AI platforms and frameworks.\nStay current on emerging low-code/no-code AI tooling and enterprise copilot capabilities, sharing opportunities and risks with the broader team.\nQualifications:\nExperience building prototypes, MVPs, or internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar).\nAbility to translate business requirements into clear specifications, workflows, or user stories that engineering teams can act on.\nWorking knowledge of generative AI/LLM concepts and enterprise AI copilot tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and how they apply to business problems.\nBasic understanding of data security, privacy, and governance principles as they apply to AI tools (deep security expertise not required).\nExperience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.\nNo professional software engineering or coding experience is required, though comfort with technical concepts (APIs, data structures, basic logic) is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar internal/low-code AI tooling.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering and practical, real-world applications of LLMs.\nExperience running pilots or proof-of-concepts and measuring tool adoption and impact.\nExposure to compliance and risk considerations for AI (e.g., data residency, model governance): basic literacy, not expert-level.\nWhy Join Us?\nWorking for the undisputed global leader in a business-critical industry offers unparalleled possibilities.\n\nOur team is made up of the most talented, curious, and inspiring people in their fields, each bringing something unique to the table.\n\nWe use the power of the global team.\n\nWe set you up for success.
