We focus on long-term relationships, impeccable attention to detail, and meticulous tracking to deliver reliable, on-time solutions while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and trust in every interaction. \nAs a Customer Operations Representative, you’ll be responsible for working with one of our Senior Sales Representatives to support and develop our core accounts. \nThis is an onsite role in Skopje, North Macedonia.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nManager customer operations for a Senior Sales Representative; tracking, paperwork collection, and appointment scheduling. \n\nLearn best practices for Customer Operations, including prompt communication, issues resolution, and relationship management. \n\nCollaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and carriers sales to ensure a cohesive and effective customer operations and growth strategy.\n\nWho you are:\nReliable, detail oriented, organized, and analytical.\n\nA multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. \n\nLong-term thinker with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively.\n\nProcess oriented and able to efficiently streamline operations.\n\nA long-term thinker with the ability to identify potential opportunities for growth.\n\nGoal oriented and looking to progress in their logistics career.\n\nHighly competitive and driven to win. \n\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in a logistics role.
