And you'll thrive in a culture built on inclusion, trust, and continuous improvement.\nLogicalis is proud to be a Great Place to Work® Certified™ organisation across multiple APAC markets - because the commitment we bring to our clients belongs equally to our people.\nJoin us and help shape the future of technology across APAC.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain all backup infra for onsite & offsite (Veeam)\nProvide network support for NAC (Infoexpress CGX)\nMaintain all firewall services and change requests for all 4 locations\nMaintain HCI (Nutanix) in Ren Ci Community Hospital\nManage all ISP contracts and renewals/tech refresh\nMaintain all Wifi infra for all 4 locations (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus)\nManage all NAS asset lifecycle (Synology)\nManage all server asset lifecycle (Physical Server, HCI cluster - Nutanix)\nMaintan organisation SSL certificates\nManage all UPS asset lifecycle (APC)\nMaintain all network infra for all 4 locations (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Lenovo)\nManage the server room relocation project for RCCH\nRequirements\nGraduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..) \nAbility to communicate fluently and write in the English language \nPeople with 3-5 years of IT related working experience are preferred. \nTroubleshooting skills for IT support. \nKnowledge in TCIP/DHCP and Windows security. \nLooking for candidates will a strong interest/passion to learn and grow in the technology space. \nCandidate should be customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner. \nInterested applicants please submit your application with your expected salary and notice period to be considered for the role.
