Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and remediation for following technology: Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity and Printer Driver Issues
- Assist in the following technology: System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System (app), Door Access System [Key Card, Facial Scan, QR Code], Booking System (app), Skype & Microsoft Exchange and Printing Facility
- Provide technical assistance and support for users
- Conduct routine maintenance
- Minor network changes and setup (eg. new SSID creation, configure new
- network point, etc.)
- Training (Policies & End User Computing Policies)
- Review of user access to ensure dormant/obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive in the system in a timely manner following appropriate authorization
- Maintain & ensure site documentation are up to date
- Responsible for opening and closing of support tickets when applicable and providing timely updates to helpdesk personnel and customer for support cases that has been allocated to you
- Work closely with various team of engineers for troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Role is opened to fresh graduates (NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, Etc..)
- Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..)
- People with 0 to 1 year of IT related working experience are welcomed to apply.
- Looking for candidates will a strong interest/passion to learn and grow in the technology space.
- Candidate should be customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Candidates should be willing to perform after office hours activities and standby duties
- Existing knowledge/certificationfor network operations including network, wireless, security technologies will be an added advantage.
