The integration introduces the concept of a single, customer-facing logical entity known as the service integrator.\nCareer Type Description:\nThe Change Manager role under the SIAM function has the responsibility to ensure requested changes and version releases of applications, services and infrastructure into the live environment are risk minimised, controlled, and communicated.\nRecommends and implements programs to support customer needs\nResponsibilities are within the Customer Support/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Profile Description:\nAccountability and responsibility to record, assess, categorize, prioritize, plan, evaluate, release and review all changes in accordance with the Change Management process,\nReview RFCs (request for change) to ensure they are compliant with the process minimum requirements to proceed with the process flow and guide the submitter to prevent a recurrence.
