While Edwin deployments may succeed technically, long-term customer success depends on user adoption, operational change, executive alignment, and measurable value realization. The AI Growth Strategist owns that journey, helping customers transform successful implementations into meaningful business outcomes.\nWorking with a portfolio of strategic customers, you will combine technical expertise, business consulting, data-driven insights, and executive engagement to maximize adoption, improve customer health, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities for continued growth.\nAs part of Edwin's AI Growth organization, you will play a critical role in building a new AI-first customer engagement model that supports Edwin's ambition of reaching $100M ARR.
