Customer Architects ensure the effectiveness and success of the wider Customer Experience and Sales functions by removing technical barriers to success and enabling our customers, organization-wide, to use the full suite of LogicMonitor products and features to their best effect.\nHere's a closer look at this key role:\n\nCustomer Architects should help customers, prospects and internal teams to answer the \"how\" questions around best practice use of the product that takes into account our customer's unique situations and goals. They will be responsible for technical enablement, helping ensure our customers have early knowledge of new features and products, and how they can be applied within a customers landscape to drive positive business outcomes.\n\nCustomer Architects will work closely across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product teams to provide technical know-how, common tooling and frameworks that solve common customer problems that fall outside the current goals of the product organization and scope of professional service engagements.
