You will help build the operating system behind Edwin’s next phase of growth, using AI, automation, data, and rapid prototyping to rethink how work gets done.\nYou will work across Edwin with business and technical partners to identify high-value operational problems and turn them into AI-powered workflows, automations, tools, and systems that make teams more effective and help the business move faster. \nThe role will have a particular focus on GTM, partnering with GTM leaders to turn emerging opportunities, business needs, and new GTM ideas into practical, repeatable solutions while also tackling high-value operational problems across Edwin. The opportunity goes beyond automating existing processes: we want to rethink how work gets done in an AI-first organization.\nThe role will involve building AI workflows that eliminate repetitive processes, connecting systems and data to power automated solutions, prototyping new operating models, and creating lightweight tools that help teams work faster and more effectively.\nThe right person is comfortable moving from an ambiguous business problem to something tangible quickly.
