We have been certified as a Great Place To Work®, and named one of BuiltIn's Best Places to Work for the seventh year in a row! \nThe Renewals Manager is responsible for in-quarter renewals/SaaS contracts and works directly with the LogicMonitor Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes to the customer and securing PO and signature from customers and channel partners. They will also need to be able to identify growth opportunities within their customer base and work with sales to close these opportunities efficiently. They must be a self-starter, pro-active and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as able to understand the software sales cycle and procurement processes. \nHere's a closer look at this key role:\n\nTrack an accurate renewal/SaaS list by quarter, account, rep and territory.\n\nPrepare and send renewal quotes to customers.\n\nWeekly follow-up on deals, negotiation, closing.\n\nTrack all quotes and emails in Salesforce.com.\n\nEnsure Purchase Orders/Contracts are processed before previous contract expires.\n\nWork closely with LogicMonitor Finance and legal teams to ensure timely completion and closure of contracts.\n\nForecast renewals on a weekly basis with the Customer Success leadership.\n\nForecast risk/churn on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting for the business.\n\nBuild trust and relationships with our customers\n\nProactively identify customer dependencies, keeping ahead of potential blockers and driving renewals to on-time closure\n\nDig in with customers to identify an areas of growth potential\n\nWork with sales to support any potential growth deals\n\nForecast growth opportunities on a weekly basis\n\nPrice out and quote growth opportunities\n\nClose and deliver on growth deals\n\nAchieve established retention goals\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor's Degree required\n\n2+ years of quoting and negotiation experience\n\n1-2 years of software renewals experience preferred\n\nDemonstrated ability to follow and improve processes in dynamic environments\n\nExperience with high volume account management - Process oriented with strong attention to detail, effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills\n\nProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools\n\nAbility to grasp and navigate business practices related to Sales and Customer Success\n\nQuoting experience with strong numeracy skills\n\nExperience working with technical customer personas\n\nClick here to read our International Applicant Privacy Notice.\nLogicMonitor is an Equal Opportunity Employer\n At LogicMonitor, we believe that innovation thrives when every voice is heard and each individual is empowered to bring their unique perspective.
