Core responsibilities include working closely with business stakeholders across IT, managing category reporting (spend, savings, lead times, and supplier management), and supporting supplier diversity programming. This role will also act as a conduit to our Client Services team.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze and produce meaningful interpretations and actionable results from spend tools (One Market Insights) and other client data.\nProvide procurement and analytical support to Indirect Procurement team.\nCollaborate with the Client’s internal stakeholders to identify and secure relevant data for analysis \nTrack, monitor and report on delivery of savings targets.\nSupport development of Quarterly Business Reviews including developing analytics to report on sourcing progress and savings results. \nDelivering on-going analytical support to Category Directors including analyzing root cause analysis, cost pattern analysis, SRM development, supplier score carding, and total cost reviews. \nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, economics or accounting. \n3+ years of experience in analysis, financial and/or operational reporting roles.\nIT analysis experience including software, hardware, telecom, cyber security, data centers, Saas, etc. preferred.\nFluent with reporting systems, internet research, and general forms of technical infrastructure. \nProficient at Excel/financial analysis and planning. \nAbility to turn complex data into meaningful reports. \nStrong organizational and communication skills. \nExposure to strategic sourcing, procurement, contract administration, and/or project management processes.\nStrong attention to detail. \nSelf-starter with ability to multi-task, make sound business decisions, and find hidden opportunities. \nTravel: This position requires very limited to no travel. \nOther Duties: This Position Description is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, and the employee is expected to perform other duties as necessary and assigned.
