In this role, you will develop real-time monitoring dashboards, analyze metrics to resolve bottlenecks, and lead incident responses. Collaborating with SRE teams, you will optimize containerized applications, conduct performance testing, and maintain robust infrastructure visibility to ensure seamless application delivery.\nThis position is on a 24/7 rotation shift basis.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop monitoring dashboards and alerts to provide real-time visibility into application performance metrics, including response time, throughput, error rates, and resource utilisation; \nAnalyse APM data to identify performance bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimisation; \nWork closely with SRE and infrastructure teams to ensure proper configuration and deployment of APM agents and collectors; \nOrganise incident response activities to diagnose and resolve performance related issues in a timely manner; \nConduct performance testing and analysis to assess the impact of changes and upgrades on application performance; \nResolve support requests using the in-house applications, 3rd parties and following any required escalation procedures; \nDocument APM best practices, procedures, and guidelines for the organisation; \nStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in application performance monitoring. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; \nProven experience working with APM tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, Elastic; \nStrong understanding of application architecture, including web servers, application servers, databases, and caching layers; \nExperience with containerised environments and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift; \nSolid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL; \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues; \nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;  \nAble to communicate and write in English; \nExperience with SQL is a plus;\nProficiency in Shell scripting. \nBenefits\nPrivate health insurance;\nBi-Monthly company wide social and team building activities;\nHybrid & Remote work arrangements;\nFlexible working hours;\nDaily paid meal;\nWellbeing day;\nTraining and Development opportunities.\n Logifuture operates across seven countries, with headquarters in Malta and additional offices in the UK (London), Italy (Parma & Lecce), Austria (Innsbruck), Serbia (Kragujevac), Romania (Bucharest) and UAE (Dubai).
