This role is suited to someone at the beginning of their CRM career who wants to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time. Some experience in CRM, digital marketing or the iGaming industry would be helpful, but it is not essential. We place greater value on a proactive attitude, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to progress. You will support customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications and pop-ups. Working with the wider CRM and marketing teams, you will help deliver relevant campaigns that improve customer engagement, retention and activity across products.\nResponsibilities\nCreate, schedule and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and pop-ups.\nWrite and adapt clear customer communications in line with the company tone of voice.\nCreate and maintain CRM templates, procedures and campaign documentation.\nCoordinate campaigns with all relevant stakeholders and keep deadlines, requirements and approvals on track.\nPrepare campaign briefs and coordinate content, creative assets, offers and translations with the relevant teams.\nComplete detailed quality checks before launch, including content, links, audience targeting, tracking and scheduling.\nRequest and analyse customer data to identify key segments and opportunities to improve targeting and personalisation.\nRecommend practical improvements to campaign processes, customer journeys and CRM performance.\nSupport the development of a CRM program covering retail shops, online betting and cross-product activity.\nHelp develop engaging competitions, promotions and retention initiatives.\nMonitor campaign results, prepare performance reports and contribute to post-campaign reviews.\nSupport A/B testing and other campaign optimisation activities.\nWork closely with the Content, Design, Fraud and Data Warehouse teams to deliver accurate and compliant campaigns on time.\nMaintain accurate campaign records and follow internal CRM and responsible gaming procedures.\nRequirements\nA genuine interest in CRM, customer engagement and digital marketing.\nA proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and progress.\nExcellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence working with data and basic performance metrics.\nThe ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.\nA collaborative approach and openness to feedback.\nFluency in speaking and writing in English is a must.\nPrevious experience in CRM, digital marketing or iGaming through employment, an internship or academic\nwork would be an advantage, but it is not required.\nExperience using Optimove or another CRM or marketing automation platform would be considered an asset\nSpeaking fluent Spanish would also be considered an asset.\nBenefits\n Private health insurance;\n Bi-Monthly company wide social and team building activities;\n Hybrid & Remote work arrangements;\n Flexible working hours;\n Daily paid meal;\n Training and Development opportunities.\n Logifuture operates across seven countries, with headquarters in Malta and additional offices in the UK (London), Italy (Parma & Lecce), Austria (Innsbruck), Serbia (Kragujevac & Belgrade), Romania (Bucharest) and UAE (Dubai).
