day-to-day Infor WMS support, administration, and issue resolution.\n\nConfigure and maintain WMS master data, business rules, workflows, and user access.\n\nSupport customer onboarding, requirements gathering, solution design, and WMS setup.\n\nLead WMS upgrades, implementations, UAT, testing, and go-live activities.\n\nInvestigate WMS, database, integration, and transaction issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.\n\nEnsure WMS data and billing transactions are accurate and aligned with business requirements.\n\nManage WMS changes, releases, and deployments in line with IT governance and change control.\n\nCoordinate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver improvements.\n\nMaintain WMS documentation, SOPs, configurations, and knowledge base.\n\nDrive process improvement, automation, and system optimization opportunities.\n\nComply with and enforce applicable IT policies, procedures, security standards, and governance requirements.\n\nEnsure WMS configuration, processes, and system controls support applicable GDP/GMP requirements and approved operational procedures.\n\nSupport the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure relevant customer complaints are appropriately addressed.\n\nParticipate in risk assessments and comply with applicable OH&S and environmental requirements, objectives, and training.\n\nPromptly report accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents in accordance with company procedures.\n\nProvide technical guidance and support to WMS users and team members.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3 – 5 Years of experience in similar position.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT applications support, with significant experience in WMS.\n\nExperience with Infor WMS is highly preferred.\n\nExperience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or pharmaceutical operations is highly preferred.\n\nKnowledge of Track & Trace, inventory traceability, and end-to-end warehouse transaction visibility is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nBusiness-oriented mindset with strong understanding of warehouse operations.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to challenge technical solutions constructively.\n\nStrong ownership and accountability.\n\nAbility to work under pressure in operational environments.\n\nStrong documentation and knowledge-sharing discipline.\n\nCollaborative and customer-focused approach.\n\nAbility to lead activities across multiple teams without direct authority.\n\nContinuous improvement mindset.\n\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills \n\nDesire to expand knowledge and experience and commitment to continuous learning and Knowledge
