With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Transport Manager CPC and other transport compliance training courses to delegates across the UK.
  • Provide an exceptional learning experience, tailoring training to meet customer and learner needs.
  • Support the design and development of course materials and learning content.
  • Assist in identifying training requirements within the transport sector.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and delegates, ensuring excellent service throughout.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to achieving commercial objectives.
  • Stay up to date with transport legislation and industry developments to ensure training remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements

  • A valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
  • Experience delivering Transport Manager CPC (City & Guilds) qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiences.
  • High levels of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt your style to different learners.
  • A proven ability to learn quickly and support others in achieving their development goals.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the UK. Applicants must be willing and able to travel extensively, with frequent overnight stays required to support training delivery at customer locations and regional venues.
