At Röhlig, we’re committed to helping you build a long-term career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance - because we believe success is best achieved together.\nFor our Heathrow team, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and develop our customer base across the UK, with a strong focus on air freight.\nWhat you will do:\nGenerate, develop and manage new business opportunities across the UK, with a primary focus on air freight and additional opportunities across ocean freight.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders, while working closely with UK Sales, branch management and operational teams to deliver effective customer solutions.\nManage the full sales process from identifying new business opportunities and arranging meetings through to rate negotiation, solution development, onboarding support and achieving agreed sales targets.\nWhat you bring:\nProven freight forwarding sales experience, ideally with strong air freight knowledge and a good understanding of ocean freight.
