At Röhlig, we’re committed to helping you build a long-term career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance - because we believe success is best achieved together.\nAt Röhlig Logistics Ireland, our Dublin office is a close-knit team of 7 people with ambitious plans for profitable growth.We are looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales & Pricing Executive who can proactively identify and qualify opportunities, prepare competitive freight solutions, manage pricing activity and support the Managing Director in converting new and existing customer potential into sustainable business.\nWhatyouwill do:\nProactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through telephone, email, digital channels and marketing generated leads\nPrepare and follow up spot quotes, customer FCL rates and commercially competitive freight solutions\nManage a disciplined sales pipeline, CRM activity, opportunity records and forecasts in line with Global requirements\nWork closely with Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations and Marketing to convert opportunities and support smooth customer onboarding\nUse customer insight, market information and sales data to identify opportunities for profitable growth, cross-selling and customer retention\nWhatyouwill bring:\n2-3 years relevant B2B sales, inside sales, freight quotations or commercial experience; freight forwarding or logistics experience strongly preferred\nRelevant third level qualification desirable; equivalent commercial experience will also be considered\nGood understanding of freight forwarding and air, ocean and road products, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly\nProven ability to prospect, qualify opportunities and sell confidently by telephone, email and digital channels\nCommercial awareness, including an understanding of pricing, margin/gross profit and profitable customer growth\nStrong questioning, active listening, communication, influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels\nCustomer focused, organised and self motivated, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work independently against targets\nStrong CRM discipline and good IT skills including AI; confident using digital sales and customer solutions\nAnalytical approach with the ability to use sales data, customer feedback and market intelligence to identify opportunities\nCollaborative team player able to work effectively with external sales, Product, Pricing, Operations, Marketing and digital specialists\nWhat we offer you:\nMyFutureFundCompany pension contribution\nSpecsavers eye care scheme\nFree days off for your birthday + 4 additional days (subject to business requirements)\nFree parking on site\nApply now and shape the future of logistics with us!\nMore informationon www.rohlig.com.\nAbout the recruitment process:\nPlease note that only applications submitted through our application portal will be considered.
