As a Creative & Design Operations Intern, you will support daily operational tasks across budgets, vendor tracking, studio spaces, and design awards, gaining direct exposure to how a world-class design organization operates at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nBudget & Vendor Tracking: Help maintain budget reports and metrics dashboards; support PO workflows and vendor onboarding for external creative agencies and suppliers.\nTalent & Operations Intake: Assist in managing contractor intake forms and supporting internal documentation for early-career and talent pipeline programs.\nAsset Tagging & Lab Setup: Audit physical prototype inventories using asset tags, track design software and hardware allocations, and help keep studio and lab spaces organized and well-stocked.\nAwards & Event Coordination: Gather assets and submission details for global design awards programs; assist in planning and executing internal C&D workshops, hackathons, and team events.\nProcess Documentation: Draft simple one-pagers, quick guides, and team updates to communicate new tools, workflows, and operational best practices.\nAI Toolstack & Infrastructure: Support tracking, usage audits, and administrative workflows for generative AI and digital creative tools across the design organization.\nQualifications\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Design Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\nPractical familiarity with and comfort using generative AI tools and workflows, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or AI productivity utilities.\nStrong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.\nClear and effective written and verbal communication skills.\nCuriosity about process optimization, design workflows, and emerging digital and AI tools.\nComfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nLogitech Core Values\nOpen and ourselves: Be authentic, transparent, and inclusive.\nHumble but hungry: Stay curious, learn constantly, and drive for results.\nCollaborate but challenge: Work constructively across teams while bringing fresh perspectives.\n Decide and do: Take initiative, execute reliably, and follow through.\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
