We are driving collaborations with multiple stakeholders and taking on a key role in supporting business decisions. As an independent contributor, you will help manage the demand forecast at both Sell In and Sell Thru levels for your assigned product category, and support the S&OP processes to ensure category success from a supply chain perspective. You will work very closely with the Regional Demand Lead, regional category marketing, regional finance, and supply chain teams in a fast-paced environment.\nYour Contribution:\nQuickly integrate into the team to build and develop engaging relationships with key stakeholders.\nAcquire, understand, and incorporate demand signals, channel data, and replenishment triggers in the development of the product level demand plan for assigned categories across AP regions.\nEstablish and maintain SKU-level demand plans using analytical and statistical tools, intelligence gathering, and collaboration.\nMonitor weekly sales progress and inventory levels; proactively communicate with related functions to help avoid supply shortages and excess/aging stocks.\nSupport the preparation of demand plans, scenario planning, actual performances, and inventory status. Help highlight potential risks and opportunities during monthly S&OP meetings.\nProvide regular performance summaries and assist in root cause analysis to support corrective and preventive actions.\nYour Qualifications and Skills:\nRelevant experience in Demand Planning and familiarity with S&OP processes, with the ability to work independently.\nUnderstanding of End to End Supply Chain Operation Process (Demand - Supply - Logistics - Inventory Management - Customer Service).\nGood problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in the face of uncertain or incomplete information.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional alignment.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.\nStrong teamwork spirit.\nProficient in Google Office Productivity Suites and comfortable using enterprise planning systems.\nFluent English spoken and written\n(Advantage) Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or CPG companies.\n/104\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
