Working across Customer Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Sales, the team helps manage the order-to-delivery flow, improve service, and reduce operational risk.\nAs a Customer Supply Chain & Analytics Intern, you will divide your time between daily order management operations and analytics/reporting support. This is a beginner-level internship for someone eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and interested in both supply chain operations and business insights.\nIn this role, you will support customer order execution, help monitor service risks, and contribute to reporting and forecasting improvement. You will also help identify data needs, improve reporting structure, and support collaboration with planning teams to deliver the best service to customers. In this role you will:\nSupport daily order management for direct retail customers\nMonitor the order book and flag risks related to delays, shortages, or service issues\nAssist with shipment follow-up and coordination with internal teams, warehouses, and logistics partners\nHelp maintain accurate system data and support administrative updates\nPrepare reports, analyses, dashboards, and presentations for the team\nUse available data sources and business tools to analyze customer, order, and service performance\nIdentify data needs and support improvements in reporting structure and visibility\nTurn data into insights that support operational and customer decisions\nSupport forecasting improvement activities and align with planning teams on short- to mid-term forecast and allocation\nCollaborate with Category Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to support customer service and execution\nContribute ideas to improve processes, reporting, and customer service\nKey Qualifications:\nFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:\nRecently completed a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, or a related field\nData analytics experience and ability to use Excel to explore and analyze data\nExperience in Google Suite\nProficiency creating reports and presentations\nAbility to convert data into insights and communicate them clearly\nComfortable leading discussions with a small groups\nSystems thinking, with the ability to connect different inputs into clear conclusions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\nGood organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment\nPreferred qualifications:\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data query languages such as R or SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nInterest in forecasting, planning, customer supply chain, retail operations, and continuous improvement\nAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
