You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.\nYour Contribution:\n- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objective\n- Gathering and analyzing information about the market, including competitors, customers, trends and products\n- Manage sourcing and procurement for electronic components.\n- Oversee supplier management and negotiate pricing and contracts.\n- Lead new supplier selection and vendor management.\n- Responsible for cost negotiations, drive cost reduction strategies and identify sourcing opportunities.\n- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market trend analysis; provide supplier roadmap and market trend & analysis to internal customers on regular basis\n- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and partners.\n- Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation strategies are in place, work on long term component capacity planning and identifying sourcing bottlenecks\nYour Qualifications and Skills:\n- At least 6-8 years of sourcing experience, especially in electronic components.\n- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.\n- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.\n- Ability to work globally across regions (US, EMEA, AP).\n- Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.\n- Ability to understand market drivers and cost structures.\n- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.\n- Proven track record in supplier and cost management.\n- Knowledge of financial analysis related to sourcing.\nWork Location and Model:\nAt Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-premises, or a blend of both.\nThis is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at our San Jose, CA office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote.
