岗位职责
本地渠道开拓： 负责目标城市网吧系统集成商、行业系统集成商及核心代理商的挖掘、拜访与签约，扩大品牌本地市场覆盖率。
渠道关系维护： 建立并维护与重点集成商（老板、业务负责人、技术负责人）的长期深度合作关系，提升渠道忠诚度与出货份额。
销售目标达成： 根据公司业务战略，制定区域渠道销售计划，拆解并完成所辖区域的业绩指标（如销售额、产品覆盖率、新集成商签约数等）。
渠道赋能与支持： 为集成商提供产品培训、方案支持、商务政策传达及市场活动协同，协助集成商推动终端网吧/行业项目的落地落地。
市场情报收集： 实时收集本地网吧及行业系统集成市场的前沿动态、竞品政策与价格走势，为公司产品及渠道政策调整提供数据支持。
任职要求
从业经验： 大学及以上学历，具有5年及以上渠道开拓及销售经验。
资源积累： 深耕本地市场，拥有丰富且真实的本地网吧系统集成商、行业SI、网吧装机商或运维商资源者优先。
业务能力： 精通B端渠道开拓与管理逻辑，具备优秀的商务谈判能力、客情维护能力及项目推动力。
技术理解： 对网吧网络架构、系统集成方案或IT基础设施有基本了解，能准确理解客户需求并匹配相应产品方案。
职业素养： 具备强烈的业绩导向与抗压能力，能适应区域内的高频拜访与短期出差。
