We’re now looking for a Finance Intern to join our Personal Workspace (PWS) business groups.\nIn this role, you will help drive the sales growth, margin improvement as well as strong controls over the financial planning, analysis and reporting. The objective is to drive financially sound decisions that are consistent with the Business Group’s (BG) priorities & strategies and more generally the interest of the Company overall.\nIn this role, you will primarily interact with the PWS FP&A Lead, Financial Analysis Lead, BU Leads & Teams, Corporate finance. From a functional side, there are frequent interactions with Regional Finance, Operations, and other functional teams.\nFrom a commercial standpoint, the position will give you an opportunity to work in close contact with the realities of world famous names from the consumer electronics industry. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.\nIn this role you will:\nAnalyze performance trends across revenue, margin, and operating expenses & providing insights to support PWS Finance Lead in making financially sound decisions\nAssist in annual budgeting and quarterly outlook cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives\nProvide insightful perspective to PWS Finance and BUs teams on financial matters for existing and new product line launch \nMaintain and improve financial models and dashboards, enhancing visibility into business performance\nDrive process improvements, helping the team streamline workflows and increase data accuracy\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to collect inputs and validate assumptions\nSupport ad-hoc analysis and presentations for PWS Finance, BUs teams and key stakeholders\nIt is an opportunity to expand the job scope to suit aspirations/potential of high caliber candidates.\nYour Skills:\nFor consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field\nProficient in Excel, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nCapable to prioritize and bring structure while enabling pace and controls\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nSelf motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset\nWith a fast-moving, innovative culture and strong balance sheet, Logitech is a world leader in products that connect people in a natural, intuitive way to the digital experiences they care about.
